No call centres. No chatbots. No 45-minute hold music. When you reach out to Sahya Agro, you're reaching real people on a real farm in Saloni Village, Haryana — the same people who feed our hens, collect the eggs, and pack your box. Pick the channel that's easiest for you, and we'll reply faster than you expect.
Since we started Sahya Agro in 2019, one principle has shaped how we answer the phone, reply to messages, and respond to emails: talk like family, not like a brand. When Rajesh's mother used to sell eggs from her kitchen to five neighbouring families, she knew each household by name, remembered who preferred brown eggs over white, and always added an extra egg on birthdays. We've grown to serve over 50,000 families across 283 Indian cities and 56 Gulf cities, but that warmth is still the way we operate. Every enquiry lands on a real desk. Every complaint is read by a human within hours. Every farm visit is walked by someone who actually works here.
This page has everything you need to reach us — the right channel for the right conversation. Want to place a home order? WhatsApp. Want to discuss a bulk supply contract for your hotel, hostel, or retail chain? Email our B2B desk. Want to write a story about our farm? Our media team is three lines away. Want to work with us? Careers are open year-round. And if you simply want to come see where your eggs come from — we'd love to host you. Bring your children, your parents, your camera. Walk with our hens. Meet the women who hand-grade every egg. That's what makes an egg from Sahya Agro different, and that's what a quick call or message will help us arrange.
No extensions, no departments to navigate. Pick what works and we'll take it from there.
Two addresses — one where our hens live, and one where our team answers calls and handles dispatch.
We've split our inbox into six desks so your message reaches the person who can actually help — not a generic support queue.
Anything that doesn't fit elsewhere — product questions, delivery timelines, subscription changes, feedback.

Our farm runs from sunrise. Our customer care desk runs just a little longer — long enough to catch you after work, early enough to catch the morning deliveries. If you message outside hours, your note lands at the top of the next morning's queue.
Gulf-region customers: we also monitor WhatsApp until 10 PM IST on working days to cover your evening windows.
Real measured averages from the last 90 days — not marketing promises. If we're late, we apologise and tell you why.
No account sign-up, no card fumbling, no hidden fees. Five small steps and fresh eggs land at your door.
Tell us the city, the product, and roughly how many dozens per month you'd like.
We'll share the next two delivery slots for your pincode — choose what fits.
A quick invoice comes back on WhatsApp. Pay via UPI, card, or bank transfer.
Once the egg box leaves our farm, you'll see its exact location until your doorbell rings.
Photograph your first breakfast and tag us — the team loves seeing what you cook.
Two-hour guided walks every Saturday morning. Meet our hens, watch hand-grading, pick a warm egg straight from a nest box, lunch with our team under the neem tree. Entry is free; booking is required.

WhatsApp at +91 90917 92917 is always fastest. Most business-hour messages are read within 12 minutes and replied to within 15. Voice notes, photos, and any language (Hindi, English, Haryanvi, basic Arabic for Gulf customers) are all welcome. If you'd prefer voice, our phone line is answered on the first ring between 7 AM and 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
Email works best for anything that needs an attachment, a paper trail, or a longer explanation — but expect up to 24 hours for a reply, not minutes. For emergencies outside business hours (e.g. a late-night bulk order arriving damaged), a WhatsApp message always reaches someone on duty.
Yes — and we'd love to host you. Our Saloni Village farm runs guided visits on Saturdays year-round and selected Sundays during October to March (when the weather is at its kindest). A typical visit lasts two to three hours. You'll see the pasture, meet our hens, walk through the grading and packing room, and share chai with our team.
To book, email visits@sahyaagro.com or WhatsApp us with your preferred date, the number of adults and children, and whether you'd like lunch (at a small charge). Confirmations typically arrive within 48 hours. Entry is free; children under 12 accompanied by adults are very welcome — most leave wanting a hen of their own.
We supply to restaurants, hotels, hostels, retail chains, caterers, corporate canteens, specialty grocers, and cloud kitchens across India and the Gulf. Our minimum bulk order is 30 dozen per delivery, and volume discounts start from the very first order.
Email bulk@sahyaagro.com with three pieces of information — your delivery city, approximate monthly volume, and whether you need a mix of Estate Brown, Pearl White, or Omega Reserve. Our B2B desk will respond inside four working hours with custom pricing, a complimentary sample box for your kitchen to test, and a draft supply agreement. If it all fits, we can start deliveries within seven days.
Our customer care desk and phone line run Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST. The farm itself runs from sunrise, but for visitors we open the gate only on Saturdays (and pre-booked Sundays).
For Gulf-region customers, we additionally monitor WhatsApp until 10 PM IST on weekdays to cover your evening ordering windows. On public holidays, phone lines are closed but WhatsApp is still checked periodically. Any message sent outside hours is marked for first-thing-next-morning attention.
Yes, extensively. We currently deliver to 283 cities across India, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, plus deep coverage of Haryana's 1,475 villages. Our Gulf network reaches 56 cities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Delivery times vary by zone: same-day or next-day for Delhi-NCR and select Haryana districts, 2–3 days for metro cities, 3–5 days for Tier-2 Indian cities, and 4–7 days for Gulf destinations. Throughout the journey, eggs travel in temperature-controlled cold chain (between 4°C and 10°C) so they reach you as fresh as the day they were laid.
First, we're sorry — and we mean it. The standard is zero cracked eggs, and we take it seriously when it slips. Please email support@sahyaagro.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue and your order ID.
We'll either ship free replacements in the next available slot or process a full refund — your choice, no interrogation. Most refunds land in your bank account within 48 hours. We also note every complaint internally to see if it's a route-level problem (e.g. a specific courier pincode having more damage than others) and fix the upstream issue, not just the individual order.
For journalism — interviews with Rajesh or the team, podcast appearances, feature stories, documentary shoots, farm photography — email media@sahyaagro.com. We respond within two business days and are typically open to most reasonable requests, including farm visits for journalists.
For commercial partnerships — distribution, retail shelf placement, white-label supply, ingredient sourcing for food brands, or co-branded subscription boxes — email partnerships@sahyaagro.com. Please include your company, your proposed arrangement, and any volume/timeline expectations in the first message; it speeds things up considerably.
Yes. The moment your order leaves our farm, an SMS and WhatsApp message land on your phone with a live tracking link. You'll see the courier partner, vehicle number, current GPS location, and the estimated time of arrival updating in real time. On final-mile delivery, the driver's phone number is also shared so you can coordinate directly if needed.
If tracking goes quiet for more than two hours — which is rare but happens occasionally in remote Tier-2 pincodes — call our dispatch line at +91 90917 92917 and someone will ping the courier immediately and get back to you within 10 minutes.
Absolutely. Our team is natively comfortable in Hindi, English, and Haryanvi, and we have basic Arabic support for Gulf customers (enough for order placement, delivery coordination, and complaint handling — not yet for detailed product explanations).
Write or call in whichever language feels most natural — we'll match you with the team member who can help. WhatsApp voice notes in your preferred language are especially welcome; we'd rather you say exactly what you mean than struggle to type it in English. For our Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, and Telugu customers, we're piloting regional-language WhatsApp support through 2026.
We hire continuously across farm operations, quality control, logistics, customer care, marketing, design, and engineering. Some roles are village-based (near Narnaul), some are Gurugram-based, and a few are fully remote. We also run paid three-month internships for students and early-career folks, particularly in content, design, and agri-tech.
Send your résumé and a short note about what you care about to careers@sahyaagro.com with the role or area in the subject line. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a farm visit and an informal conversation with our founders within ten days — we don't do anonymous HR screening rounds. If there's no opening that fits right now, we keep CVs on file for up to a year and reach out when something relevant opens up.
Saloni Village, Tehsil Narnaul, Mahendragarh district — about 3 hours from Delhi by road.
The fastest path from this page to your breakfast table is a single WhatsApp. We'll handle the rest — pricing, timing, delivery, and that first-box warmth that makes our customers stay for years.
